Effective May 16, 2026, all customers will receive 100,000 messaging credits per year at no additional cost. Why did we choose 100,000? Based on a global analysis of account usage, customers rarely use more than 100,000 a year. Find your team using more? Let us know and we will find a simple solution. These credits can be used across our platform for communications, alerts, and notifications, giving you more flexibility and savings.
This update means more freedom to connect, engage, and inform, without having to worry about additional costs or limitations.

Messaging Credits are used for module notifications, mass messages, announcements, and responding to SMS or WhatsApp messages in the 24/7 Software Conversations module.
Messaging Credits are used to send SMS and WhatsApp messages and are primarily used in the Conversations module for two-way communication between guests and employees. They are only used when sending outgoing messages.
